| Support the Ministry Dear financial partners, Since returning to California from Scotland in the Spring of 2007, we have been making every effort to establish our Spiritual Research Network ministry as a Tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) NonProfit Corporation. Please note that we are no longer employed as missionaries through Shepherd's Staff Mission Facilitator's Inc., but rather, we will be carrying on with our ministry activities and missions work abroad through SRN. We are excited to announce that our Spiritual Research Network ministry which we began in 2004 was officialy incorporated in the State of California on October 3, 2007; thus becoming Spiritual Research Network, Inc.. Also, we are currently in process with our 'Recognition fo Exemption' application and we have every reason to believe that we will obtain NonProfit status early in 2008. What does this mean to financial donors? This means that when we receive official IRS approval of 'Tax-exempt status' all financial donations given to Spiritual Research Network, Inc.
